My Spirit couldn’t help stay put and prompted me on something I find amusing:

I wake up every morning, pray to God for a good day. I take my diet and medication seriously just for a healthy body. Some people also go to the gym and exercise just for a fit, healthy and appealing body. We all do these for the body which is just a container of something invisible yet precious.
The body gets damaged as life fades away and sometimes even before life slips away. Now, if the body then contains the Spirit for years and makes no attempt to nurture it, what will become of the Spirit alone someday?

Feed the Spirit with the word of God and a godly life. It is by physical means would you be able to treat both the body and the Spirit. Prayer, word of God, fasting, righteous living, evangelism and so many others. However, the Spirit will operate(if nurtured) in the spiritual realms before manifesting in the physical. The naked eyes will attest to the energy surrounding you. The glory of the Lord will be all over you Just like the Israelites couldn’t bear to see Moses’ face (2 Corinthians 3:7)
Remember, a healthy body is physically appealing. And a healthy Spirit is spiritually fearsome and wards off its opponents (Ephesians 6:10,11,12 & 18).
Feed the Spirit Man! Get spiritual. He fights the spiritual battles. He draws you closer to God. He becomes highly sensitive to spiritual things. He gets ground in the word of God. He graduates from drinking of milk to the cracking of bones from the word of God. And as he becomes a target for the enemy, God anoints Him and makes him a vessel. He is set ablaze all the time. He becomes spiritually untouchable yet children of God reach out to him.

This is your year of divine glory; seek and desire to be transformed into the image of Christ. Seek to be like Christ.
God bless you abundantly.
As always, Jesus loves you.
